The Management Authorities of the National Railway Infrastructure Company in compliance with the Railway Transport Act are the Minister of Transport, Information technologies and Communications, the Board Members and the Director General.

The National Railway Infrastructure Company is managed by the Executive Board and is supervised and represented by the Director General.
