REFERENCE ABOUT THE CONDITION OF THE RAILWAY INFRASTRUCTURE
In
accordance
with
the
stipulations
of
Article 3 ( Directive 2001/14
of
the
European
Commission),
the
National
Railway
Infrastructure
Company,
in
the
capacity
of
the
manager
of
the
railway
infrastructure
of the Republic of Bulgaria, shall prepare and publish a reference document
regarding the condition of the
railway
infrastructure. The reference document regarding the condition of the
railway
infrastructure of the Republic of Bulgaria shall contain the following
information:
